Exchange & Refund Policy (Online & In-Store)
سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع (أونلاين والفروع)

Valid for 14 days from purchase date. — تسري لمدة ١٤ يومًا من تاريخ الشراء.

Items must be unused, in original condition & packaging, with ticket and original invoice for online purchases/ stamped guarantee for stores .

Exchange without ticket is allowed only in case of GIFTS الاستبدال بدون تيكت مسموح في حالة الهدايا فقط

Online orders are exchanged through the website only. — يتم استبدال طلبات الأونلاين من خلال الموقع فقط.

Store purchases are exchanged through branches only. — يتم استبدال مشتريات الفروع من خلال الفرع فقط.

The new item must be of equal or higher value. — يجب أن تكون القطعة الجديدة بنفس السعر أو أعلى.

Shipping fees apply. — يتم تطبيق رسوم الشحن.

Refundالاسترجاع

Refunds are processed through branches only. — يتم الاسترجاع من خلال الفروع فقط.

All returns are subject to inspection and approval. — تخضع جميع المرتجعات للفحص والموافقة.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method. — يتم رد المبلغ بنفس طريقة الدفع الأصلية.
