Delivery التوصيل 
Your order should be delivered within 2~4 working days for (zone1), 5~7 working days for (zone 2,3,4) from the confirmation date.
يجب أن يتم توصيل طلبك في خلال4~2 أيام عمل ل(منطقة 1), 5~7 أيام عمل ل (منطقة 2,3,4) من تاريخ التأكيد.

Payment الدفع
You can pay before receiving your order or COD.

تمكنك الدفع قبل استلام طلبك او الدفع عند الاستلام.

Inspection and Claims الفحص والمطالبات
You should check your shipment once you receive it. In case of any claims, please contact us directly by sending an email so we can take the appropriate action.
يجب عليك فحص شحنتك بمجرد استلامها. في حالة وجود أي مطالبات، يرجى الاتصال بنا مباشرة عن طريق إرسال بريد إلكتروني حتى نتمكن من اتخاذ الإجراء المناسب.

Exchange الاستبدال
If you wish to exchange the order at the time of delivery, you must pay the full shipping fees.
إذا كنت ترغب في إستبدال الطلب وقت التوصيل، يجب عليك دفع جميع رسوم الشحن.

Refund الاسترجاع
Please note that no refund can be processed through the courier or the online store.
يرجى ملاحظة أنه لا يمكن إجراء أي استرداد من خلال شركة الشحن أو المتجر الإلكتروني.

Confirmation and Delivery Attempts تأكيد الطلب ومحاولات التوصيل
There will be 3 attempts to reach you for order confirmation. If we are unable to reach you, the order will be automatically cancelled. 
سيتم إجراء 3 محاولات للتواصل معك لتأكيد الطلب. إذا لم نتمكن من الوصول إليك، سيتم إلغاء الطلب تلقائيًا.

The courier will make 3 attempts to deliver the order. If they cannot reach you, the order will be automatically cancelled. 
سيقوم شركة الشحن بإجراء 3 محاولات لتوصيل الطلب. إذا لم يتمكنوا من الوصول إليك، سيتم إلغاء الطلب تلقائيًا.
